We’re here to follow up on our last communication regarding the server issues we’ve been experiencing for the past month. If you didn’t read it yet, here is the link. 


We are still investigating the issue to fully understand the root cause. We have already sent some fixes, and you can expect less downtime from now on, but we still could not find what is causing the issue altogether. This is a complex situation, and we can assure you that all of our attention is focused on it. Please bear with us while we continue to investigate for a little longer.
