Each winner will receive one (1) Roland-Garros merchandise kit with an approximate retail value of EUR 175 (one hundred and seventy-five euros). The total approximate prize pool value is EUR 525 (five hundred and twenty-five euros).

If a selected winner does not respond within the requested timeframe, Wildlife Studios reserves the right to disqualify that player and, in its sole discretion, select another eligible participant.
7. PLAYER CONDUCT AND FAIR PLAY
Wildlife Studios reserves the right to monitor compliance with these Official Rules and impose sanctions for violations, in order to preserve the integrity and fair competition of the Event.
Players shall hold the highest standard of integrity and sportsmanship, by strictly following the rules described herein, as well as competing to the best of their ability at all times.
Any player may be disqualified immediately from the Event, at the sole discretion of Wildlife Studios, for any reason, including for any failure to comply with these Official Rules, the Wildlife Terms, or the Wildlife Privacy Policy.
Without limitation and for the avoidance of doubt, the following shall constitute a violation of these Official Rules and may lead to, at Wildlife’s sole discretion, disqualification from the Event: (i) using any cheats, hacks, bots or other third-party “helper” applications in playing the Game; (ii) taking advantage of known exploits in the Game (it is the responsibility of players to understand and avoid all such exploits); (iii) abusive or disorderly conduct; and (iv) any conduct that undermines, or has the potential to undermine, the integrity of the Game or the Event.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Event may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Wildlife Studios reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Any failure of Wildlife Studios to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
8. WILDLIFE STUDIOS’ AND FFT’S (FÉDÉRATION FRANÇAISE DE TENNIS) COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
All trademarks referenced herein are the property of their respective owners. These Official Rules and all accompanying materials are copyright Wildlife Studios and its respective licensors. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Official Rules, or your participation in the Event, grants to you, by implication, waiver, estoppel or otherwise, any right or license to use or display any name, logo, service mark or trademark of Wildlife Studios or FFT (Fédération Française de Tennis), or their respective licensors.
9. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND IMAGE
Wildlife Studios may collect, store and use information collected in connection with the Event, in accordance with the Wildlife Privacy Policy. By participating in the Event, you hereby agree to such collection and use of your personal information by Wildlife Studios, and acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Official Rules, the Wildlife Terms, and the Wildlife Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that Wildlife Studios may ask for additional information, such as your local address, full name and personal contact details, in order to distribute prizes. You acknowledge that Wildlife Studios may use and share that information with third parties to distribute prizes for winners.
By agreeing to these Official Rules and participating in the Event, you hereby grant to Wildlife Studios and its subsidiaries and affiliates a perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide right and license (with the right to grant sublicenses) to copy, display, distribute, edit, host, store and otherwise use your image, likeness, voice, in-game nickname, name, gameplay and/or photograph, and create derivative works thereof, in any and all present and future media whether now known or hereafter created, on any and all platforms and via any method of delivery, on or in connection with the Event and with the marketing and promotion of the Event in general, unless prohibited by applicable law.
10. LIABILITY (CAP ON LIABILITY; NO PUNITIVE DAMAGES) AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
A) Applicability
This Section 10 applies to and governs any dispute, controversy, or claim, whether based on contract, tort, fraudulent misrepresentation, statute, regulation, constitution, common law, equity, or any other matter, that arises out of or relates to the Event, a prize or these Official Rules, or the breach thereof (each, a “Dispute”).
B) Negotiations
- In an effort to accelerate resolution and reduce the cost of any Dispute, you and Wildlife Studios agree to first attempt to negotiate a resolution of any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before either party initiates any arbitration or court proceeding, unless one or more of the exceptions to negotiations and arbitration in Section 10(E) below apply.
- Negotiations will begin upon receipt of written notice by the party raising the Dispute. Wildlife Studios will send its notice to any billing address it has on file and email you a copy to any email address you have provided to Wildlife Studios.
- You will send your notice to Wildlife Studios at Rua Doutor Renato Paes de Barros, 1017, 11º floor, CEP 04530-001, São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil.
C) Binding Arbitration
- If a Dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, either you or Wildlife Studios may elect to have the Dispute finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration, unless one or more of the exceptions to negotiations and arbitration in Section 10(E) below apply. Any election to arbitrate by one party shall be final and binding on the other.
- YOU SHOULD REVIEW THIS PROVISION CAREFULLY. THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION LIMITS YOUR AND WILDLIFE STUDIOS’ ABILITY TO LITIGATE CLAIMS IN COURT AND YOU AND WILDLIFE STUDIOS EACH AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RESPECTIVE RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL.
- The arbitration shall be commenced and conducted by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures, which are available at the JAMS website (http://www.jamsadr.com). If, for any reason, JAMS is unable to provide the arbitration, you may file your Dispute with any national arbitration company under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator has authority to decide all issues of arbitrability.
- Where any action includes claims that are arbitrable and claims that are not, the entire action shall be stayed, absent a showing of prejudice to the complaining party, pending the completion of the arbitration of the arbitrable issues. Your arbitration fees and your share of arbitrator compensation shall be governed by the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures.
D) Arbitration Procedures
The arbitration may be conducted in person, through the submission of documents, by phone, or online. The arbitrator will make a decision in writing, but need not provide a statement of reasons unless requested by a party. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on you and Wildlife Studios, and any award of the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
THE PARTIES UNDERSTAND THAT, ABSENT THIS MANDATORY PROVISION, THEY WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL. They further understand that, in some instances, the costs of arbitration could exceed the costs of litigation. The parties understand that the right to discovery may be more limited in arbitration than in court.
E) Exceptions
You and Wildlife Studios agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning negotiations and binding arbitration: (i) any Dispute seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of Wildlife Studios’ intellectual property rights; (ii) any Dispute related to, or arising from, claims that the other party has committed piracy or tortious interference; and (iii) any claim within the jurisdictional limits of the small claims courts.
F) Class and Collective Action Waiver
- You and Wildlife Studios agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be limited to the Dispute between Wildlife Studios and you individually. You acknowledge and agree that: (i) a claim by, or on behalf of, other persons, will not be considered in, joined with, or consolidated with, the arbitration proceedings or any court proceedings between you and Wildlife Studios; (ii) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated, adjudicated, or resolved through court proceedings on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (iii) you will not have the right to participate as a class representative, private attorney general, or as a member of any class of claimants for any Dispute subject to arbitration or any dispute brought in court.
- If, for any reason, this class or collective action waiver is deemed unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, you agree that the parties’ contract to arbitrate is then void, and any ongoing or future Dispute will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of California, United States, to the exclusion of arbitration.
- Under no circumstances do you or Wildlife Studios agree to class or collective procedures in arbitration or court proceedings or the joinder of claims in arbitration or court proceedings.
G) Location of Arbitration
- If you are a resident of the United States, any arbitration will take place in your county of residence, to the exclusion of all other venues.
- For residents outside the United States, any arbitration shall be initiated in the State of California, United States.
- Any Dispute not subject to arbitration shall be decided solely by a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of California, United States, and you and Wildlife Studios agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
11. GOVERNING LAW
- All Disputes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to choice of law principles, provided that Wildlife Studios shall have the right to disqualify any players who are rendered ineligible due to local law.
- Players agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Wildlife Studios with respect to the disciplinary actions imposed for their violation, which are final and binding in all respects. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES AND DISCLAIMERS
A) Cap on Liability; No Punitive Damages
You understand and agree that Wildlife Studios is not an insurer of your property or your personal safety. If you feel that you need insurance, you should obtain it from an insurance company or other third party.
- YOU AGREE THAT THE LIABILITY OF WILDLIFE STUDIOS TO YOU FOR ALL HARM, DAMAGES, INJURY OR LOSS SHALL BE LIMITED TO YOUR DIRECT DAMAGES NOT TO EXCEED FIVE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$500.00), AND THIS SHALL BE YOUR ONLY REMEDY REGARDLESS OF WHAT LEGAL THEORY IS USED TO DETERMINE THAT WILDLIFE STUDIOS WAS LIABLE FOR THE HARM, DAMAGES, INJURY OR LOSS. MULTIPLE CLAIMS WILL NOT EXPAND THIS LIMITATION.
- YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY EVEN IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT WILDLIFE STUDIOS CAUSED THE HARM, DAMAGES, INJURY OR LOSS TO YOU. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THESE OFFICIAL RULES FAIL OF THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
- IN NO EVENT SHALL WILDLIFE STUDIOS BE LIABLE TO YOU, OR TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY CLAIMING RIGHTS DERIVED FROM YOU, FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PRIZES OR PROFIT, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT WILDLIFE STUDIOS WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
B) Disclaimers
You agree that Wildlife Studios is not responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted, inaccurate, incomplete or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Event disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Wildlife Studios (although Wildlife Studios will take reasonable precautions to ensure reasonable safety); (d) shipping delays, carrier-related issues, customs hold-ups, or other circumstances affecting the delivery of prizes that are beyond the reasonable control of Wildlife Studios, notwithstanding that Wildlife Studios is responsible for the costs of shipping as set forth in Section 5; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Event.
13. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by applicable law, by participating in the Event, players agree that Wildlife Studios may use their in-game name, username, and competition results for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes related to the Event without additional notice, consideration or compensation.
14. OTHER TERMS
A) Changes to the Event
Wildlife Studios reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Event, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Event, as determined by Wildlife Studios in its sole discretion. Wildlife Studios reserves the right to disqualify any player at any time for any reason, including but not limited to tampering with the operation of the Event, or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
B) Changes to the Official Rules
These Official Rules may be updated by Wildlife Studios without notice as necessary, including, without limitation, to add further clarity, correct errors, comply with changes in applicable law, or address matters that arise after publication.
C) Communications
- By agreeing to these Official Rules and participating in the Event, you agree that these Official Rules constitute a written agreement signed by both you and Wildlife Studios under applicable law.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules, and any other notices, requests and other communications provided for herein, may be provided to you electronically, and you agree to receive all such communications from Wildlife Studios in electronic form. You agree that any such electronic communications will be delivered to you in the manner provided in the Wildlife Terms.
