Ophidian is our first-ever tier 29 weapon. And what a weapon she is! 

This rifle is our most powerful weapon so far – it is impressive, really! Being the first of its tier, Ophidian promises to pack a punch! It has the biggest zoom – x27- so you can spot your enemies like never before! Don’t believe us? Check out its stats: 

Ophidian? What does the name mean? We’ll tell you: a classic definition explains the name as a member of the suborder Ophidia or Serpentes, a snake. As an adjective, it can be used to describe something snakelike or something snake related. As a noun, it simply means…snake. 

The design of this particular rifle incorporates biological elements of a snake – which we think it’s just so clever! Looking closely at the weapon, you can see that a part of the barrel has scales. However, our favourite part is the rifle’s bipod, shaped like a Snake’s skull! 

Ophidian will be unlocked by paying Diamonds or 1,000 Ophidian Shards and it will use Delta Tickets or Diamonds as currency to be upgraded! It’s a win-win with this one! 
The Delta Tickets will be obtained similarly to their predecessor – the Charlie Tickets,  through the solo and Squad Live Events, completing Milestones or reaching our Leaderboard. Of course, our Premium+ Subscribers will find them through the Elite Track! Similarly, the Ophidian Shards are specifically designed for the Ophidian weapon and will be found in Live Events’ rewards and special offers!
