We are here to address an issue some Apple users may experience tomorrow when we release a new update. This update transitions all of our users from an older version of our system to a newer version, which will lead to improvements in the game’s performance moving forward. Since the system will be moving users to the updated version, a small minority of players may experience an issue with accessing their account. These players that are affected will not be able to access their previously saved progress.
This issue, if it occurs, should only happen to those that have saved their accounts to Game Center previously and that play on two different devices with different operating systems. If it seems like your progress has disappeared and you were left with a brand new account, do not worry, as by Thursday, April 22nd, you should be able to access your progress, and everything should be back to normal!
You might not be able to access the Zoo during this time on this device, but please be patient and allow the system a full 24 hours to make sure that the migration is fully complete. After this time you should be able to log back on to your account normally!
Android users are already being transitioned into this update and should not face any issues. We are slowly rolling out this update to ensure we do not overwhelm the system.
